CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICIES At Lewminesce Faces, every appointment is designed to be a seamless, elevated beauty experience. The following policies are in place to ensure professionalism, respect for time, and an atmosphere of excellence for every client. Booking & Retainers To reserve your desired date and time, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment prior to the start of your makeup application. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and approved electronic payments. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice (see rescheduling policy). Rescheduling & Cancellations I understand that life happens. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients: • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Same-day cancellations will be charged the remaining balance of the service. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Timeliness Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A 10-minute grace period is extended. After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied. After 20 minutes, the appointment may need to be canceled to honor the next scheduled client. Late arrivals may result in adjustments to the service to maintain the schedule. Studio Experience To preserve a peaceful and intimate luxury environment: • No additional guests unless previously arranged (bridal bookings excluded). • Children are not permitted unless they are being serviced. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian is welcome to accompany them during their appointment. This allows each client to fully relax and enjoy their experience. Bridal Services Bridal bookings require a signed bridal agreement and non-refundable retainer to secure the wedding date. Bridal previews are strongly encouraged and must be booked separately. On-location services are available; travel fees apply based on distance. Bridal services are reserved exclusively through our Bridal Inquiry Form. Health & Sanitation Your safety and comfort are my priority. All tools and brushes are thoroughly sanitized between each client, and disposable applicators are used when appropriate. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment so we may serve you at your best. Inspiration Photos Inspiration photos are always welcome. They help guide the vision for your desired look. Please note that results may vary depending on skin type, tone, texture, and individual features. My goal is always to enhance your natural beauty while delivering a look tailored uniquely to you. Photography Lewminesce Faces Makeup Artistry may photograph completed looks for portfolio and promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform me prior to your service. Service Satisfaction All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If any adjustments are needed, please communicate during your appointment so refinements can be made in real time.
